Defect description

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 IC CE school buses manufactured August 8, 2014, to February 20, 2015, and 2015-2016 IC RE school buses manufactured July 31, 2014, to January 9, 2015, equipped with Haldex air brake actuators.
