Defect description

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Rockport trucks. Some wiring may have been incorrectly routed. The underside of the hood may contact and damage the wires, causing a short circuit.

Safety risk

A short circuit increases the risk of a fire.

Manufacturer remedy

Dealers will reroute the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 19, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-522-7599. Forest River's number for this recall is 51-2096.
