POSSIBILITY THAT FRONT BRAKE HOSES WERE TWISTED DURING INSTALLATION, ALLOWING POSSIBLE CONTACT WITH WHEEL RIM OR CROSS MEMBER EDGE DURING EXTREME RIGHT AND LEFT TURNS.REPEATED CONTACT WITH WHEEL RIM COULD WEAR THROUGH HOSE AND RESULT IN LOSS OF BRAKE ACTION ON FRONT WHEELS.REAR BRAKES IN DUAL SYSTEM WOULD STILL FUNCTION.(INSPECT AND RELOCATE OR REPLACE HOSES AS NECESSARY.)
