FORD CAMPAIGN H2H.POSSIBILITY THAT INCORRECT REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES WEREINADVERTENTLY INSTALLED AT OUTBOARD SEATING POSITIONS.DUE TO ADDITIONAL TWOINCHES IN BELT LENGTH IN BUCKLE PORTION OF ASSEMBLY, RETRACTOR MIGHT NOT LOCKWHEN SEAT BELT IS FASTENED AROUND SOMEONE OF SMALL SIZE.THIS WOULD LEAVEOCCUPANT WITHOUT EFFECTIVE RESTRAINT.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLINGPROPER ASSEMBLIES WHERE NECESSARY).
