YAMAHA CAMPAIGN NO M6-017.MOTORCYCLES.POSSIBILITY THAT THE BOLT HOLE FORTHE PINCH BOLTON THE REAR BRAKE PEDAL IS NOT PROPERLY LOCATED.THIS CONDITIONCOULD CAUSE THE REAR BRAKE PEDAL TO COME OFF IT'S PIVOT SHAFT IF THE PINCH BOLTCOMES LOOSE.THIS COULD OCCUR AT ANY TIME DURING OPERATION OF VEHICLE.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING NEW REAR BRAKE PEDAL WITH PROPERLYLOCATED PINCHBOLT HOLE).
