Defect description

THE MATTRESSES INCLUDED WITH CERTAIN VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 302, "FLAMMABILITY OF INTERIOR MATERIALS". THE MATTRESS COVERS BURN AT A FASTER RATE THAN IS CONSIDERED SAFE.

Manufacturer remedy

THE MANUFACTURER WILL PROVIDE, THROUGH THE MAIL, A NEW ZIPPERED MATTRESS BAG COVER THAT COMPLIES WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 302.
