Defect description

THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS MAY FAIL AND ALLOW THE CIRCUIT TO OVERHEAT. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A FIRE COULD OCCUR AS A RESULT OF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FAILURE.

Manufacturer remedy

REMOVE CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND REPLACE WITH FUSES.
