FOUR TO FIVE SMALL HOLES MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT UNSEALED AT REAR EDGE OF FLOOR; ALSO, THERE MAY BE A TEAR IN THE FLOOR SHEET METAL.

Safety risk

CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) COULD ENTER THE OCCUPIED PORTION OFTHE AMBULANCE.

Manufacturer remedy

FILL ANY HOLES IN THE UNDERSIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND FLOOR WITH SILICONE CAULK.
