Defect description THE ENGINE FAN MAY EXPERIENCE A RESONANT FREQUENCY CAUSING PREMATURE FAN FAILURE, AND SEPARATION FROM THE ENGINE.
Safety risk ENGINE FAN SEPARATION CAN CAUSE DEATH OR INJURY TO ANYPERSON IN THE PATH OF THE FAN.
Manufacturer remedy REPLACE ENGINE FAN WITH FAN FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
