Defect description

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Cyclone 2, 2025-2026 Cyclone, and Typhoon fire trucks. The hydraulic valve may become inoperative, preventing the outriggers from being extended or retracted.

Safety risk

The inability to extend or retract the outriggers can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.

Manufacturer remedy

E-ONE will provide new hydraulic valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 18, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.

Defect description

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Commercial, 2025-2026 Typhoon N, and Cyclone N emergency vehicles. The drive/pump mode transfer case may disengage, causing loss of power to the rear wheels.

Safety risk

Loss of power to the rear wheels can prevent the vehicle from moving, increasing the risk of a crash.

Manufacturer remedy

Dealers will update the VMUX electrical program software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 7, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
