VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: DUMP TRAILERS. THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY.

THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM WILL NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY, CAUSING DIMINISHED BRAKING EFFORTS.
