Defect description

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid, 2024 Lexus GX, Toyota Mirai, and 2024-2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Hybrid vehicles. Manufacturer remedy

Dealers will update the combination meter software through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 23, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26LB06, 26LA06, 26TB10, and 26TA10.
