EXTERNAL MOUNTS, ON WHICH LIQUID PROPANE GAS TANKS ARE FASTENED, COULD FAIL.

Safety risk

TANK MAY FALL CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE TANK AND POSSIBLELEAKAGE OF PROPANE GAS, WHICH COULD CAUSE A FIRE OR EXPLOSION.

Manufacturer remedy

REPAIR TANK MOUNTING TO PREVENT FAILURE AND INSTALL HEAT SHIELD, AS NECESSARY.
