THIS IS CAUSED BY A POSSIBLE SOLDERING INCONSISTENCY AT THE DRAIN PLUG FLANGE OF THE FUEL TANK OR AN INCONSISTENCY OF FITTING BETWEEN THE DRAIN PLUG THREADS. IF FUEL WETTING SHOULD OCCUR AT THE DRAIN PLUG AREA, A COMBUSTIBLE MIXTURE COULD RESULT.
