Defect description

WELD CRACKS AND AXLE FRACTURES COULD OCCUR DUE TO INCOMPATIBILITY OF NEWAY RC 122 SUSPENSION AND ROCKWELL AXLES.

Safety risk

CRACKS COULD LEAD TO COMPLETE FAILURE OF AXLE BEAM;VEHICLE HANDLING WOULD BE IMPAIRED.

Manufacturer remedy

REPLACE ROCKWELL AXLES WITH AN APPROVED ALTERNATIVE.
