Manufacturer remedy
ELGIN SWEEPER WILL INSTALL REDESIGNED PIVOT AND DUMP WELD ATTACHMENTS FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 9, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT ELGIN AT 1-877-342-5374.
