Safety risk THIS COULD RESULT IN LOOSENING AND FAILURE OF THE BOLTSWITH POSSIBLE LOSS OF CONTROL AND ACCIDENT POTENTIAL.
Manufacturer remedy INSTALL THE MISSING DOWELS TO PREVENT MOVEMENT BETWEEN THE SPRING CAP AND AXLE HOUSING.
