Defect description
Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2024 TA Series, AT Series, L Series, LR Series Aerial Devices, and AF Series Forestry bodies. The fuel lines may not be properly secured, which can cause the lines to chafe and result in a fuel leak.
Safety risk
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Manufacturer remedy
Altec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the fuel lines. If the lines are improperly secured, Altec will provide a kit to secure the lines.
